Angel Mocha Cake
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Custom Ice –– follow instructions
- 8 oz. Powdered sugar
- 2 oz. Instant coffee
- 1 oz. Hot water
- 9 oz. Angel cake 3 layers
- 2 oz. Blackberry
- 4 oz. Strawberry
- 3 oz. Blueberry
Directions
PREPARE
1.Mix instant coffee and hot water and set aside.
2.Whip Custom Ice following instructions and add powdered sugar, after four minutes add coffee mix to custom ice mixture.
3.Cut the angel cake in three circular layers.
4.Start with a layer of angel cake and spread a layer of custom ice coffee mix.
5.Add a layer of the mixed berries then place berries around the outside.
6.Continue this process until the top layer is angel food cake.
7.Decorate the top as desired.
FILL
1.Custom Ice coffee flavor, blackberry, blueberry and strawberry.
DECORATE
1.Decorate using berries-decorate as desired.
