Chili Almond Margarita Crunch Icing

Harness the guilty pleasure of a cold Margarita with this South-of-the-Border icing. The hot-hot-hot secret ingredient? Ground chili almonds!


1 Gallon of Custom Ice™

4 2/5 lbs Powdered Sugar

1 tsp Lime Flavoring (recommended Lora Ann Oils)

1/2 tsp Orange Flavoring (recommended Lora Ann Oils)

1/2 tsp Lemon Flavoring (recommended Lora Ann Oils)

16 oz. Ground Chili Almonds


1Use thawed Custom Ice™ making sure there are no ice particles in carton, shake carton then pour into mixer.

2Slowly add powder sugar to the Custom Ice™ before turning on the mixer.

3Use the wire whip and mix for approximately 12-14 minutes on medium speed until medium to stiff peaks are formed.

4Slowly add the lime, lemon & orange flavoring then slowly add the ground chili almonds and mix on slow speed
