Chili Almond Margarita Crunch Icing


  • 1 Gallon of Custom Ice™
  • 4.4 lbs Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lime Flavoring (recommended Lora Ann Oils)
  • 0.5 tsp Orange Flavoring (recommended Lora Ann Oils)
  • 0.5 tsp Lemon Flavoring (recommended Lora Ann Oils)
  • 16 oz. Ground Chili Almonds


1.Use thawed Custom Ice™ making sure there are no ice particles in carton, shake carton then pour into mixer.

2.Slowly add powder sugar to the Custom Ice™ before turning on the mixer.

3.Use the wire whip and mix for approximately 12-14 minutes on medium speed until medium to stiff peaks are formed.

4.Slowly add the lime, lemon & orange flavoring then slowly add the ground chili almonds and mix on slow speed
