1.Bring rice, 2 cinnamon sticks and water to a boil.
2.Add 16oz of Festejos to the rice mix, heat to 80 degrees then start stirring.
3.Constantly stir the mixture until it boils and turn off heat, put to side to cool.
4.In a glass, add about 6oz of the mixture of rice pudding (as a bottom layer).
5.Add a layer of vanilla cake crumbs.
6.Whip up Whip’N Ice™ Strawberry according to instructions.
7.Add 1 oz of pink gel coloring to Whip’N Ice™ then add as the next layer.
8.Add another layer of rice pudding.
9.Top with 1 cinnamon stick and ground cinnamon.
