Maple Bacon Icing


  • 1 g Flavor Right™ Custom Ice™
  • 4.4 lbs Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tsp Maple Flavoring (recommended Lora Ann Oils)
  • Chopped cooked bacon to taste


1.Use thawed Custom Ice™ making sure there are no ice particles in carton, shake carton then pour into mixer.

2.Slowly add powder sugar to the Custom Ice™ before turning on the mixer.

3.Use the wire whip and mix for approximately 12-14 minutes on medium speed until medium to stiff peaks are formed.

4.Slowly add the maple flavoring and bacon pieces and mix on slow speed.
