White Ganache: In a bowl cook the White Chocolate and the Whip’N Ice Vanilla in a double boiler and mix until completely melted.

Place the raspberries onto the bottom of the crust then pour the white chocolate ganache on the top.

Refrigerate 2 Hours

DECORATE

Place mint leaves on top of tart for decoration.
