1.Follow instructions to prepare Whip 'N Ice Vanilla. Once ready, set aside.
2.Create first layer of wafers, alternating between vanilla and chocolate, to form a sort of grid pattern.
3.Apply a layer of Whip 'N Ice Vanilla on top of the grid and spread evenly.
4.Repeat the cookie layer by alternating the wafers and adding Whip 'N Ice Vanilla on top. Continue until you have about 5 layers.
5.Cover the top layer of wafers with a layer of Whip 'N Ice.
6.Add a layer of mirror glaze on the top.
7.Decorate top of mini bar cookie as desired with macarons, chocolate chip cookie and wafers.
