Dulce de Leche & Banana Mousse


  • 8” Marble Cake
  • 8” Cake Ring
  • 1 quart Flavor Right™ Concentrate
  • 3 Medium Bananas
  • 8 oz. Dulce de Leche
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 2 Envelopes of Unflavored Gelatin
  • Chocolate Shavings
  • 6 Strawberries



1.Split cake layer in half

2.Insert one half of cake into 8” ring


1.Cut the banana into pieces and add to blender

2.Add the Dulce de Leche to blender

3.Separately, whip Flavor Right Concentrate according to instructions.

4.Dissolve the gelatin in ½ cup milk and let it swell for 5 minutes

5.Place the gelatin over low heat until the gelatin dissolves.

6.Pour in the blender and blend for one minute at high speed until well mixed.

7.Mix the all ready whipped Concentrate with the blender mix.

8.Fill half the ring with the mousse, on top add the other half of marble cake and press a little down and cover with the remaining Mousse until filling the ring.

9.Refrigerate the cake for 5 hours or overnight.


1.Before unmolding add the chocolate shavings on the top

2.Unmold the mousse and add strawberries
