Fox in a Garden Cake
Ingredients
- 32 oz. Whip’N Ice™ Vanilla –follow instructions
- 4 oz. Pink Gel Color
- 2 oz. Yellow Gel Color
- 3 oz. Blue Gel Color
- 2 oz. Black Gel Color
- 2 oz. Purple Gel Color
- 3 oz. Orange air brush
- 2 Layers Chocolate Cake
- 14 Cupcakes
Directions
PREPARE
1.Cut both chocolate cake layers in half for a total of 4 layers.
2.Layer the cake using the filling of your choice.
3.Whip up Whip’N Ice according to the instructions and base ice the cake.
4.Use an air brush, to color the cake orange.
5.Using a star tip, decorate the white part of the fox’s face.
6.Using, tip #31 (also a star shaped), start adding different colors and textures to top part of fox. Use the gel coloring to mix in colors.
7.Create eyes of choice and add other details as needed.
8.Decorate the cupcake’s flowers with different colors and textures using different size and styled tips.
DECORATE
1.Decorate cupcakes with different gel colors, using different tips for the styles and designs.
2.For cake use tip 31 to create flower like or stylized designs for decoration.
Tip numbers 17 and 31 were used on the face and top of the cake.
