Horchata Tres Leches Cake

Ingredients

  • 22 oz. Flavor Right Concentrate
  • Tres Leches mix (Milk 8oz, Evaporated Milk, 6oz, Condensed Milk 6 oz)
  • Packet of Ladyfingers
  • 6 oz. Horchata Flavor Powder
  • 2 oz. Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 2 oz. Chocolate Syrup

Directions

PREPARE

1.Mix Concentrate in machine with Horchata powder - follow instructions.

2.In separate bowl, whip up Tres Leches mix and soak ~10 Lady Fingers as a first layer.

3.Coat the top of the lady fingers with Concentrate/Horchata powder mix.

4.Repeat the soaking of the lady fingers (until you have 4 lady finger layers).

5.Repeat the Concentrate/Horchata layer (should have 3 layers of this mixture).

6.Smooth the last layer of the Concentrate/Horchata mix.

DECORATE

1.Decorate using ,cinnamon powder, cinnamon sticks and chocolate syrup, decorate as desired.
