Mini Swirl Candy Cake

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Whip 'n Top Vanilla
  • 3 inch 2 layer marble cake
  • 2 oz. Strawberry Whip 'n Ice
  • Air brush colors: blue, purple, pink, yellow
  • 4 oz. Assorted candies (cotton candy, gummies, swirl lollipop, marshmallows, colored sprinkles)

Directions

PREPARE

1.Using the 3 inch layer cakes, grab one piece and fill with Strawberry Whip 'n Ice and top with other cake layer.

2.Cut cake into a domed or round shape.

3.Whip Whip 'n Top Vanilla on medium speed for about 6 minutes to get a soft consistency.

4.Cover the mini cake with Whip 'n Top Vanilla using a scraper in a "U" shape, creating the roundness of the cake.

5.Using candy colored drops, apply about 4 drops of each color to the already covered cake. Using scraper, blend in with the Whip 'n Top.

DECORATE

1.Using an assortment of candy such as sprinkles, cotton candy, marshmallows and lollipops, decorate as desired.
