National Candy Day

Ingredients

  • 5 Layers Allen 5 inch Chocolate Cake
  • 3 cup Whip ’n Ice Hershey
  • 1 cup Whip ‘n Ice vanilla, semi whipped for dripping
  • 0.5 lb Dark Chocolate Coating
  • 0.5 lb Whip ’n Ice Hershey
  • Candies!

Directions

Make Ganache

1.Combine chocolate coating chopped with the Whip’n Ice Hershey in one container.

2.Microwave 30 seconds, then mix with a spatula. Repeat this step until the chocolate is completely melted.

Assemble Cake

1.Place first layer of cake on your cake board.

2.Add Ganache and spread into a light, even layer.

3.Add second layer of cake and fill with another light, even layer of Ganache.

4.Add third layer of cake and fill with another light, even layer of Ganache.

5.Top cake with remaining layer of cake.

Decorate

1.Ice the cake with Whip ’n Ice Hershey.

2.In two separate containers, add pre-whipped Whip ’n Ice Vanilla. In one, add yellow gel color; in the other, add pink gel color. Mix and use for dripping around top of cake.

3.Decorate with candies of your choice.
