Orange Cranberry Icing

Citrusy orange sweetens up the best-loved tart berry of the holiday season. This icing will make your cake the star of your buffet!


1 Gallon of Custom Ice™

4 2/5 lbs Powdered Sugar

2 tsp Orange Flavoring (recommended Lora Ann Oils)

8 oz. Dried Cranberry Pieces

12 Drops of Orange Food Coloring


1Use thawed Custom Ice™ making sure there are no ice particles in carton, shake carton then pour into mixer.

2Slowly add powder sugar to the Custom Ice™ before turning on the mixer.

3Use the wire whip and mix for approximately 12-14 minutes on medium speed until medium to stiff peaks are formed.

4Slowly add the flavoring, orange food coloring and dried cranberry pieces on slow speed.
