Strawberry Bread Pudding


  • 16 oz. Whip’N Ice Strawberry
  • 2 oz. Brown Sugar
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 oz. Almond
  • 2 oz. Grated Coconut
  • 3 oz. Whole Milk
  • 12 oz. French Bread
  • Assorted fruit (grapes, strawberries, raspberries)


1.Use a 12x8” pan and cover with butter.

2.Cut 12oz of French Bread into pieces and add to pan.

3.Add 12 oz of Whip’N Ice Strawberry (in liquid form), 3oz. of whole milk, 6 eggs, 2oz. brown sugar, 2oz. almond and 2oz. grated coconut to a large bowl.

4.Mix ingredients together (with hands) so that the bread is completely covered with all wet ingredients.

5.Preheat over to 350 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes. Let cool.

6.Add a base of 4oz. of Whip’N Ice Strawberry (where fruit will go) and top with fresh fruit.
