1.Spray and line a 9”x9” square pan with parchment paper.
2.With your hands, press 3 lbs. of chocolate chip cookie dough into the pan.
3.Bake for 1 hour at 330˚ F. until the center of the cookie feels firm.
4.Cool for 2 hours.
5.Place the cookie in the refrigerator overnight to solidify.
6.Trim the edges with a long sharp knife.
7.Whip up the Whip’N Ice according to instructions.
1.Ice the top of the cookie with Whip’N Ice then cut the cookie into 8 equal bars with a long sharp knife.
2.Using gel coloring, mix the remaining Whip’N Ice to your favorite colors and pipe as you wish!
1.Finish decorating the bars with sprinkles ,chocolate drizzle or a caramel drizzle. Garnish with whatever toppings you like.
For a cleaner cut, freeze the cookie over night.
