1.In a 8” pan, place a piece of plastic wrap of about 20” inside and set aside.
2.Mix Whip’N Top Vanilla according to instructions with Mascarpone Cheese for about 8 minutes and set aside.
3.Prepare Whip’N Ice Hershey’s following instructions and whip for about 12 minutes.
4.Cut a layer of sponge cake in half as to have 4 pieces of cake.
5.Then add the first layer to the pan.
6.Add the first layer of coffee syrup with a small brush followed by a layer of Whip’N Ice Hershey.
7.Add the second layer of sponge cake on top.
8.Cover with coffee syrup with a small brush followed by the Whip’N Top Vanilla & Mascarpone mixture.
9.Add layer of sponge cake and repeat the process until you have used up all 4 layers.
10.Finish the top layer off with the Whip’N Top mixture and decorate as desired.
