White Chocolate Raspberry Tart

Ingredients

  • 5 oz. Flavor Right™ Whip’N Ice Vanilla
  • 5 oz. White Chocolate
  • 9 Inch Crust of your preference
  • 12 oz. Red Raspberries

Directions

PREPARE

1.White Ganache: In a bowl cook the White Chocolate and the Whip’N Ice Vanilla in a double boiler and mix until completely melted.

FILL

1.Place the raspberries onto the bottom of the crust then pour the white chocolate ganache on the top.

2.Refrigerate 2 Hours

DECORATE

1.Place mint leaves on top of tart for decoration.
