Spray and line a 9”x9” square pan with parchment paper.
With your hands, press 3 lbs. of chocolate chip cookie dough into the pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 330˚ F. until the center of the cookie feels firm.
Cool for 2 hours.
Place the cookie in the refrigerator overnight to solidify.
Trim the edges with a long sharp knife.
Whip up the Whip’N Ice according to instructions.
Ice the top of the cookie with Whip’N Ice then cut the cookie into 8 equal bars with a long sharp knife.
Using gel coloring, mix the remaining Whip’N Ice to your favorite colors and pipe as you wish!
Finish decorating the bars with sprinkles ,chocolate drizzle or a caramel drizzle. Garnish with whatever toppings you like.
