Pecan Glazed Dessert
Ingredients
- 9 oz. Flavor Right Festejos
- 2 oz. Condensed Milk
- 2 oz. Unsalted Butter
- 8 oz. Vanilla Cake Mix
- Eggs
- Pecans
- Blueberries
Directions
1.Prepare the Vanilla cake mix according to instructions.
2.Add 6 oz of Flavor Right Festejos to cake mix and beat according to instructions.
3.Pour mix into cupcake tins.
4.Preheat oven to 350 degrees and insert cupcakes for about 20 minutes.
5.Let cool.
6.Take cupcakes out and submerge in 3 oz of Festejos.
7.Create the sauce by mixing the unsalted butter and 2 oz of condensed milk and then cover the mini dessert.
8.Top with pecans and blueberries.
